This conference is unlike any other. Totally virtual—and has been from the very start. 60 sessions to choose from. No concurrent sessions. All sessions are recorded and available to you.
Instructions for Participation in the 17th Annual Transforming the Teaching & Learning Environment virtual conference (Feb 3, 9:00 AM–Feb 14, 4:00 PM; All times Central)
- All UCR faculty, staff, and students can attend the conference AT NO COST!
- Faculty, staff, and students should go to the 2025 Schedule of Sessions page.
- Every session will have a link associated with it.
- After clicking the link, Zoom will ask each person to “register” for the individual session.
- Enter First name, Last Name, and university email address.
- After that, Zoom will provide the direct link to that session.
- All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing within an hour after each day’s conclusion.
- Initially, a link will say “Join Session.” When the recording is available, the link will change to “View Recording.”
