An annual tradition since 2015, the UC Video Conference brings together people from around the UC system who work directly on video content in order to promote innovation, collaboration and share our work.
The conference is free and organized by video producers from around the UC system.

Over the past few years, the landscape of video communications and higher ed have changed dramatically. This in-person conference is an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments, re-inspire one another and share new ways to meet old and new challenges.

You can pick up a parking pass from an attendant at either of the kiosks below:
- University Kiosk located on University Ave. and West Campus Drive Drive Thursday and Friday between 7 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Martin Luther King Kiosk located on Martin Luther King Blvd. and Canyon Crest Drive Thursday and Friday between 7 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The UC Video Conference and group is available to all staff across the UC system who create video content for the University.
The vision of UC Video is to foster an inclusive and collaborative community of video professionals that continually improves productions and content that place the University of California system at the forefront of higher education, research, and patient care.
Between in-person conferences, we have:

- Regular zoom meetups
- UC Video Liaisons on each campus also help build local video community
