Common questions about A-Team services and accessibility support.

  • Yes. To perform a full course review or fix content inline, we will need to grant access to your Canvas shell. If you are uncomfortable granting access, we can provide a consultation to walk you through the fixes yourself, though this will require more of your time.

  • Remediation processes vary based on courses and may require the Faculty member to verify the edits.

  • UDOIT (Universal Design Online Content Inspection Tool) is a cloud-based scanner integrated into Canvas. It scans your course content for common accessibility errors (like missing alt text or poor color contrast) and allows you to fix many of them directly within the tool interface. We offer workshops on how to use it effectively.

  • Yes, the A-team is available in the XCITE Commons on the first floor of the Rivera Library.
